A lavish baroque festival is to be celebrated at Rudolstadt's Heidecksburg Residence Palace. The glittering cultural event is intended to recall the grand and opulent festivities at the residential palace of the Princes of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt. For this purpose, Court Marshal Rudolf of Schwatzburg will bring to life figures from the internationally acclaimed permanent exhibition Rococo en miniature by the two creators Gerhard Baetz and Manfred Kiedorf, which has already captivated over a hundred thousand visitors.
The court marshal, together with the maid and the page, escorts the noble guests for a few hours to a princely audience with Prince Friedrich Anton of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt, a festive ball and a baroque concert through the dazzling world of courtly life in the authentic castle ambience of the time. Festive strolls and passionate pleasure walks through the impressive festive and living rooms complement the unique baroque experience of the illustrious guests at Heidecksburg Palace.
